Reject Goods Policy
Our quality system provides ffor the identification, documentation, evaluation, segregat5ion documentation of non conforming product. Every department, wherever required, have a separate area for nonconforming products.
All such products are duly checked and placed in that area only.
If a product is reworks, it must undergo all required inspections and tests as well as any additional inspection or testing required.

Hiring Policy
If anybody found that the proof he for age fake and he and he was actually below 18 year’s at the joining the company, his service shall be terminated.All personnel hired by Hans Raj Mahajan Worldwide will go through a background check to ensure no criminal record is there.
If any criminal recored is found then the employee will be terminated.

Visitor's Policy
Visitors are requested to follow Safety & Security rules. In case of any emergency, Immediately reach the Security office, according to direction shown in Evacuation Plan placed near exits of each department.

Compensation Policy
M/s HANS RAJ MAHAJAN WIRLDWIDE ensure that the wags paid for a standard
Month always meet at the legal standard,
Time worked ed above 48 hours is paid double time and Sunday is off day. All time worked on a holiday is paid at double time in addition to receiving holiday pay. All employees are provided with a monthly pay record explaining deductions taken, hours worked, and pay computations withheld.
HANS RAJ MAHAJAN WORLDWIDE ensures that all wages paid are in a manner that all wages paid are in a manner that is convenient and safe for all employees.

Sharp Objects Policy
  • Any worker taking any sharp objects (Needle, scissors, black knife) will have to sign on the issuance register with date and time.
  • No new object will be given to a worker unless he gives back the old object taken by him.
  • When any old object is returned, the worker will sign on the issuance register.
    If any sharp object breaks, the worler with reurn the broken pieces to the supervisor.

SA 8000 Policy
We at M/s Hans Raj Mahajan Worldwide strive to continually improve our social accountability management system, comply with all legal and social requirements as per sa 8000:2008 standards; comply with national and other applicable law, other requirements to which the company subscribes and to respect the international instruments.
We will do regular reviews and audits of this social accountability management system and provide training to the employees for the same.
